Quebec City Circus School

Norda Stelo Construction was awarded a construction management contract for the renovation of a 100-year-old church that houses a circus school. Included in the contract was upgrading the copper roof, the stone cladding, as well as the architectural and electro-mechanical systems. The main challenge involved minimizing the impacts of construction activities on ongoing operations of the school and adjoining funeral parlour as well as preserving the heritage value of the building.
