Ludoplex Gaming Centre

Norda Stelo Construction provided construction management services for the Ludoplex Gaming Hall. With more than 46,300 square feet of space, the building was completed on a fast-track schedule and was attached to the existing racetrack buildings. It offers 200 gaming seats, a restaurant, a bar, a private dining area, two terraces, administrative offices and a 450-space parking area. The hall was built with a focus on sustainability and achieved LEED Silver certification.
