This turnkey project saw the very latest technologies incorporated into the new building, which included meeting rooms, mezzanines, a green wall, a dining room and rest areas with an outdoor terrace and two levels of underground parking. State-of-the-art heating and air conditioning systems deliver considerable energy savings.

The building achieved LEED Silver certification.

*The team’s proposed reconfiguration of the buildings reduced the building envelope by 40%, resulting in $1 million in savings in the initial design phase.
