Contributing to neighbourhood revitalization
Norda Stelo Construction was contracted under a design-build formula to renovate and restore the former Lafayette building. Special attention was paid to preserving the building’s historical cachet and value. The architectural design had to comply with strict aesthetics criteria so as to ensure building seamlessly blended in with its surroundings.
