Feasibility study for the covering of the Ville-Marie Tunnel

Norda Stelo is responsible for a feasibility study on the covering of the Ville-Marie expressway (A-720) in continuity with the existing tunnels. This comprehensive study has three components: technical feasibility of the covering (including operating costs); urban planning and development (including fiscal and economic analysis); and traffic management in the study area.
