Breathing new life into a building
Norda Stelo Construction was awarded a design-build contract to convert the former Saint-Charles de Limoilou medical pavilion (CHSLD) into an 89-unit social housing complex. The project initial phases included cleaning and decontaminating of the building, bringing the structure up to current standards and adding a storey.
