Prefeasibility study for a cogeneration plant on Anticosti Island

Norda Stelo conducted the technical prefeasibility study for the installation of a cogeneration plant using forest biomass on Anticosti Island. Our activities included:

Final multi-criteria evaluation and ranking of 8 preferential opportunities
Analysis of the Hydro-Québec program for purchasing electricity produced by cogeneration plants using forest biomass
Supply study
Conceptual engineering, including the definition of the process used, the equipment and manpower required, and the layout of the plant and site
Environmental analysis (applicable legislation)
