Appointment of a Vice-President, Operational Excellence and Acquisitions

Consequently, we are pleased to welcome Luc Bélanger as Vice President Operational Excellence and Acquisitions.

Luc Bélanger has a bachelor’s degree in business administration (accounting) from HEC (1991) and a bachelor’s degree in law from Université Laval (1995). He also holds a master’s degree in international and European law from Université Aix-Marseille III (1996). He was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1997. He has served as Senior Legal Counsel for the Dessau Group, Legal Director, Major Projects, at Infrastructure Quebec, and Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs and Ethics, at the Dessau Group. Previously, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of APCHQ.

While reporting to Alex Brisson and providing leadership to the Operational Excellence group, along with its director Mathieu Roy, Luc will also play a key role in our future acquisitions and integrations. He will sit on the company’s management committee and Norda Stelo will benefit from his expertise in business administration, management, financing and mergers and acquisitions. His experience in administrative and construction law, international law, public tenders, crisis management and communications as well as corporate governance, ethics and compliance will also be an asset to Norda Stelo’s team.
