Joane St-Onge Named Vice-President Infrastructure at Norda Stelo

Quebec City, September 26, 2023— Norda Stelo, an independent engineering consulting firm headquartered in Quebec City, is proud to announce the nomination of Joane St-Onge to the position of Vice-President Infrastructure, an important market sector for the company. She succeeds Olivier Turcotte, who has been appointed Vice-President Operations.

Joane St-Onge is a trained engineer with extensive experience in the engineering and construction fields. She began her career with Norda Stelo, then went on to work for Aecom, Allen Entrepreneur Général and, most recently, Stantec, where she held the position of Senior Operations Manager – Transportation – Quebec and Regions.

Thanks to the skills she has developed over the course of her career, Joane St-Onge will be able to help the Infrastructure Market achieve its objectives and deploy innovative strategies to support the company’s growth. Her ability to break down silos between teams and geographic regions will be of great benefit to Norda Stelo, which can count on highly specialized, skilled resources spread across its places of business to foster knowledge transfer and develop a strong, learning team.
