To do this, workshops are held to map the value chain and identify the processes to be audited.<\/p>\n<p>The second step is to perform a digital maturity assessment. This is done by auditing the company\u2019s management and processes as well as the equipment and systems in place. This gives us the level of digital maturity.<\/p>\n<p>The third and final step consists of carrying out various activities that will allow the development of a plan to improve the company\u2019s digital maturity. class=\"c-typography\">\n    Norda Stelo was given the task of developing and designing an automated system for cleaning anode butts in an aluminum smelter. To achieve this, a cell equipped with two robots positioned on either side of the anode to be cleaned was created. The robots are equipped with an arm fitted with a chain flail that can loosen the deposits by mechanical action.
